Certification
Courses
Each client requires agents to complete a certification course prior to taking live calls. This training is provided at no cost to you, ensuring you gain the knowledge and confidence needed to perform successfully.
This certification program is designed to:

Equip you with the tools necessary to earn a reliable hourly income from home

Upon certification, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and begin working with the client of your choice.
1099 Independent Contractor
Please note: This opportunity is not a W-2 employee position.
You will be working as an independent 1099 contractor, which means:

You create your own schedule and decide the hours you wish to work

You choose the type of inbound customer service calls you want to support

Taxes are not withheld; you are responsible for managing and filing your own as a 1099 contractor

A small administrative fee is applied to cover platform access and support services
Working as a 1099 contractor gives you the freedom to operate on your own terms — an excellent option for those looking for flexible, part-time, work-from-home opportunities
Onboarding
As long as you can successfully complete (and cover the cost of) your background check and have the required equipment, your hire is guaranteed.
